When my husband and I planned a trip to the beach in late June I knew that I would have to do something to lose the pounds I had put on over the winter.
Unfortunately, with working full time and taking classes
at night to get my MBA I didn't have a lot of time to exercise every day. So I contacted Stephaney for a healthier eating plan. She provided me with a plan that I was able to follow for 5.5 weeks and I never got hungry in between meals! I was also eating food that I like and didn't feel like I was missing out on the foods I wasn't eating.
Overall I lost 10 pounds and 7 inches on Stephaney's diet, and more importantly, I did it the healthy way. I wasn't self conscious at all in my bathing suit on the beach. Thanks, Stephaney!
